Save yourself time and money by going to Millworks for your flooring needs. We recently had a large amount of wood flooring installed in our home, with plenty of challenges regarding a large square footage, many doorways, and angled hallways. The staff at the store is very helpful and professional, as are the installers. It is very reassuring to have professional and trustworthy people in your home for several days during the installation. We are very pleased with the look and quality of our new flooring. I highly recommend Millworks for any products or services!

Deb and I are very pleased with the work your installers completed on our home this week. The initial work by Sam and Scott and later assisted by Thomas and John was first-rate. It was obvious from the start that Sam and Scott would not be treating this install as "just another job". Sam made it clear that our satisfaction was his main goal. As the lead, Sam was very instructive on how to take care of our new floor and constantly reminded us of the do's and don'ts of keeping our floor looking new. After two days of living without our kitchen Deb and I were very anxious to get back to normal, so when John showed up on the third day we were able to see how three experienced, concerned craftsmen could work together and deliver a finished product. We were especially impressed with the molding and fireplace finished look. We will be very proud to show our floor off to our relatives and friends.
We chose Millworks for our contractor after recommendations from our son and our neighbor who were both very satisfied with their installs. We are glad we made the choice.

"When remodeling my home my daughter suggested going to Millworks for my hardwood floors. My first thought was I couldn't afford it as I did have a strict budget. I went anyway, and to my surprise it was actually less expensive than the big box stores on engineered hardwood! There was so much more to choose from and the staff has been absolutely terrific. I got the Acadia and love it love it love it! I tell EVERYONE to check your company out when doing flooring as the quality and service are great and the price is unbelievable. "First of all I can’t say enough on how beautiful our new floors are! The hardwood is beyond beautiful and I am sure we will enjoy it for years to come. The transition between the wood and the tile came out as anticipated.
Now let me talk a bit about your install crews. I have never seen such a combination of people who not only extremely professional, but very detail oriented. Chris doesn't just do measurements, but gets involved with his team and works with them when necessary. Ryan and Sam worked here every day. Jarod, Scott and one more individual (I apologize that I forgot his name) spent quite a bit of time on the project and exhibited the same characteristics as Ryan and Sam. They were the most friendly, courteous, well organized people I have seen in a long time. I can't say enough positive about them. Ryan and Same were always here are ready to work on time and didn't leave until they felt they had completed what they had set out to do for the day. I witnessed work being done for a solid 8 hours, at least, because the crew didn't just split for lunch, it was staggered so progress was being made through the whole day.
I have already recommended and complimented Millworks to friends and family and will continue to do so. I truly thing it makes a difference when the installers work for the company versus being contracted and your TEAM surely solidifies that thought."

Mr. Truckenmiller finished installing those for us with locks (and some other doors we had talked to him about when he was here for the measuring) last week. He is amazing! Hi Becky, Thank you for all your wonderful assistance and help for our flooring selection and our project. Your tremendous customer service and detailed product knowledge were a great help! I also wanted to email how much we appreciate the great work Matt and Gene did in installing our new kitchen flooring. They got a huge amount of work done in spite of challenging conditions (we know, we took off the old floor except we could not get the edges around the cabinets. We also did not realize how uneven the floor was.They worked really hard on February 8-9th and were getting close to being done, when Matt asked to talk about the finishing edges. My husband and I are so thankful that he asked about that, as our kitchen looks miles better because he and Gene took the time to discuss this last part of the project. When I brought out the old chipped and cracked wood base edging I had removed and saved for below our kitchen cabinets. Matt discussed several options. He was so good to do this and to take the time to talk about something different than the quarter round/shoe that was planned for below our cabinets for the new floor. Thanks to him pointing out other options, we really have a much improved result. Matt and Gene really need to get credit for observing the existing situation and then doing the craftsmanship work that has made a world of difference for our new floor edging below our cabinets. I can't thank Matt enough for being willing to speak up about the edging. He went to the extra effort to arrange for additional wood and they pieced together the many angles around the floor edge to make the project turn out way better than it would have been with the original plan. We had talked with Chad about just using typical quarter round/shoe edging if I got that term right, but it really would not have looked nearly as good or fit in as well as what Matt and Gene knew they could do with cutting new edging. We realize this took extra time beyond what was planned for the project and we are very appreciative that the extra work was done. Our thanks Millworks/Woodworkers Shop for having such great staff and for their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our kitchen is a world better now. All we need to do is stain the lower wood and our kitchen is nearly upgraded from the 1950's era when the house was built. The excellent customer service and professionalism that you provided Becky, and the attention to detail and dedication to quality work by Matt and Gene say a great deal about Millworks and we wanted you to know how very pleased we are with our new floor.
