Exterior Doors:

Choosing the right exterior door for your home can be a daunting task with all the materials, styles, and options.  In addition to being stylish, your exterior doors also provide security and protection from the elements.

You’ve got a variety of options to choose from when selecting materials for your exterior doors and all of the options are beautiful, stylish, secure, and energy efficient.

  • Fiberglass doors are low maintenance and can give that “real wood” appearance.

  • Solid wood doors are traditional, warm, and welcoming.

  • Steel doors are strong and cost effective.

  • Glass doors bring light into your home and let you enjoy your view.

Interior Doors:

Interior doors are one of the most important design elements of your home.  They are a reflection of your style.  Interior doors separate spaces, reduce noise, and create transitions from different areas of your living space.

Like exterior doors, there are many styles of interior doors and also many different ways these doors can be incorporated into your home and design themes.

There are many types of interior door styles.

  • Passage doors are the most common type of interior doors.  They are hinged and swing open and closed.

  • French doors are often used to separate spaces and to provide elegance.  They usually fill a wide room opening and swing away from each other to open and towards each other to close.

  • Bi-fold doors are most commonly used in closets and laundry rooms. They pivot on a point and provide maximum access to spaces.

  • Pocket doors save floor space by sliding in and out of a space hidden in the wall.

  • Sliding doors or bi-pass doors are typically used in closets and slide in a track and pass each other to provide access.

  • Barn doors slide on a track mounted to the wall above and next to a door opening.  The door slides on the track to reveal the opening or to cover it.
