Quality Doesn't Have to Cost More...
This is a note we recently received regarding a customer's visit to one of our stores....
"We have a friend that is moving and buying a fixer-upper in Morton. (My wife) talked to her and she said she had all her hardwood picked out from (a competitor). (My wife) asked if they had checked with Millworks and she said no because she knew they would be too high.
(My wife) asked her to check Millworks and she came back overjoyed. She found wood much cheaper and nicer than she had picked out with (a competitor). She said Becky was great.
Thought of you guys as too high because of good reputation."
Again... QUALITY,
whether it is product or customer service or installation,
DOESN'T HAVE TO COST MORE.
